Is this a sticker?

No. No. And No. We print your design directly onto our specially designed protective cases using our patented 3D permanent printing process. The image is EMBEDDED into the case itself and will not peel off or fade; your design stays as brilliant as the day it was printed.

How are InspireMyCase products printed?

We use our patented high-resolution 3D printing process to embed your image straight into the case. The results are truly mesmerizing!

Are InspireMycase Cases dockable?

Yes, all our cases are dockable without any modification or need to take apart 

My own device isn’t available. What can I do?

Fill in the Contact Us form and tell us which phone or tablet case you are looking for. We are constantly adding to our case collection.

Are InspireMyCase iPad cases compatible with the Apple Smart Cover?

Yes! The iPad 2 Barely There Cases fit perfectly with Apple's Smart Cover.

Are your cases drop proof?

Your case will protect your phone from normal wear and tear but we cannot guarantee it against drops of any kind. However, we do offer the InspireMyCase Replace Scheme where you will get 50% off a new case if you break yours for any reason at any time. Remember, although we cannot guarantee it, there have been many examples where phones have been saved by our cases.

Can I charge my phone when the InspireMyCase cover is fitted?

Yes, absolutely.

Can I order a case to be sent to someone other than myself?

Yes, at checkout you can enter the details of the person you wish to send it to into the shipping address field.

How does it work?

Inspire your device case with your favorite photo or choose from our range of stylish ready-mades.
Creating a photo case can be done in 4 easy steps. Simply click on the create a case link and either upload your own image or choose from our library. Then choose your device, position your image on the screen as you want it and click on ‘add to cart.’  Choose your delivery method and once we receive your order we print your very own unique case and send it to you ready for you to attach onto your device. Simple.

Every case is printed on-demand and just for you – orders are processed within two to four business days so that you can get Inspired asap!

Will my case look exactly like what I see on my screen?

Your case will look amazing! A key component of printing process is the vacuum sealing finish used to ensure the highest quality permanent seal, deep into the case. The intensity of this finish may result in a slight position variance of your design, up to 2mm. Colors vary from monitor to monitor. The color that you see on your printed case will be very close to what you see on screen. Keep in mind that colors display differently on various computers and also can look slightly different when actually printed on our hard cases.

Why can’t I upload an image from an iPad or iPhone?

Currently our image up-load tool is built in Flash which isn’t supported by iphone or iPad. Try using any other apple device or computer. You can still purchase any of our ready-made designs from your iPad and iPhone.

What are the file requirements for uploading my own art or photo?

All images must be in jpeg format and less than 12 MB in file size. Your file should be in high resolution (300 dpi is best). If you are customizing a smart phone case your image should be at least 1900 x 1200 pixels in order to cover the entire print area. For iPads, images should be at least 3,000 x 3,000 pixels.

If your image is a photo, make sure to check the size of the file to be sure the image is large enough to cover the entire case. If you try to upload a photo that has a low resolution or image size, we will still accept the image but please be aware that the photo may not print very well. If you continue to have problems uploading an image, please contact us. Please don't worry if anything sounds all too technical - you can ask us at anytime for help and advice. How do I redeem InspireMyCase gift cards?

Enter your unique code in the ‘gift card’ entry field in the shopping cart section during checkout. If you do not have enough money on your gift card to cover the entire purchase, you will be able to enter in a credit card to pay for the balance.

How can I pay?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards: (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB) and we also take PayPal.

What is the InspireMyCase Replace scheme?

If you break your case for any reason at any time InspireMyCase will give you a 50% discount on a new one! You might drop and break your case, but we won’t drop you! Simply send your broken case back and we will send you a replacement for half price. Please note the InspireMyCase Replace scheme is limited to identical product and we will contact you for payment details. Please contact us for more details

Will my payment and personal information be secure and confidential?

Security is a top priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the most up-to-date technology available to protect your personal details. Your credit card number is not stored in our system at any point in the payment process to avoid any risk of computer fraud. Please see our privacy policy for further information.
